Getting Started
- How to Download the App: Mantis is available on both iOS and Android. Visit the App Store or Google Play and search for "Mantis - Your Home Maintenance App." Follow the prompts to download and install the app on your device.
- Creating an Account: After installation, open the app and tap "Sign Up." Enter your name, email address, and create a password. You will receive a verification email to confirm your account.
- Logging In: If you already have an account, select "Log In" on the home screen. Enter your email and password to access your account and manage your home maintenance tasks.
Using Mantis
- Dashboard Overview: The dashboard is your central hub, providing an overview of your scheduled services, upcoming tasks, and completed work. Learn how to customize your dashboard here.
- Scheduling Services: Mantis makes it easy to schedule services like chimney cleaning, pool maintenance, or electrical repairs. Navigate to the "Services" tab, select the type of service you need, choose a date and time, and confirm your booking. Detailed instructions can be found here.

Troubleshooting
- App Crashing or Freezing: Ensure you have the latest version of Mantis installed. Try restarting the app or your device. If the issue continues, contact our support team for assistance.
- Login Issues: If you're unable to log in, try resetting your password by selecting "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Follow the instructions in the email we send you to reset your password.
